chevron_rightHow do I get my access cards for the amenities? Welcome to Radiance! Access cards can be picked up from the HOA office located at the Amenity Center. The office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Please bring your closing documents with you to the office.

chevron_rightWho do I contact regarding parking concerns on the streets? The city of Apache Junction manages the roads in Radiance. The Association does not enforce parking on the public roadways. Please contact the Apache Junction police via the non-emergency line at (480) 982-8260 with any parking concerns.

chevron_rightDo I need approval to make changes to the exterior of my home? Any changes to the front yard of your home will require ARC approval. Any structures, pools, bistro lights, or sheds in the backyard of your home will require ARC approval. Please see our Home Modification page for more information.

chevron_rightWhat plants can I plant in my landscaping? The approved plant palette can be found here. Please note that front yard landscaping requires ARC approval. No ARC approval is needed for the backyard, provided that the plants are on the approved plant palette.
