Please refer to the design review documents and forms below when completing outdoor projects such as landscaping, pergolas, sheds, pools, solar panels etc.

Site plan must include the following items:
- Site dimensions
- Any existing improvements or structures marked as “existing.”
- Square footage of all enclosed improvements
- Improvement Setbacks
- House and accessory structures
- Plan legend including species of plants, location, quantity, and size at the time of planting
- Color photos of the property showing the area to be improved
- Color photos of all proposed improvements
Per the governing documents for Radiance, every resident must submit a completed application and obtain written approval before starting any exterior modifications to a home or property.
