Please note that the following instructions for closing cost fees are subject to change. For an accurate account of individual unit closing fees applicable at the turn of sale, please place your order through www.homewisedocs.com.
Assessment amounts should be prorated from the date of closing to the end of the quarter, as well as the collection of the full next quarter’s assessment.
- Master Association Assessments Due Quarterly: $285 (Due on the 1st of each quarter: January, April, July, and October)
- Parcel 19.19 Neighborhood Assessment Due Quarterly: $204 (Due on the 1st of each quarter: January, April, July, and October) *The parcel 19.19 Neighborhood Assessment is an additional fee paid in addition to the Master Association Assessment*
The following are due at the closing of the property:
- Assessments as noted above payable to Radiance at Superstition Vistas
- Working Capital of $190 payable to Radiance at Superstition Vistas
- Disclosure fee of $150 payable to CCMC
- Update fee of $50 payable to CCMC for any updated requests after 30 days from the original order
- Rush fee of $100 payable to CCMC for orders placed on a rush status
