Meet our Radiance Community Association Management Team from CCMC. They can all be reached by calling our offices at 480-602-4797 or visiting the Amenity Center during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Amanda Howell-Community Manager
Amanda brings over 5 years of HOA management experience and 15 years of experience in the ski industry to Radiance, combining strong organizational skills with a passion for community connection. Amanda was raised in Southern California, lived in Tahoe for almost a decade and also lived in Utah for about 5 years. As a CMCA and CAAM-certified manager, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable neighborhood for everyone. When not at work, Amanda loves spending time with family, working on DIY projects, or doing just about anything outdoors.
Maureen Trask-Assistant Community Manager
Maureen oversees Architectural and Compliance for the Community, as well as assists in the day-to-day operations of Radiance. Maureen was born in Florida and grew up in Massachusetts. She moved to Arizona in 2020 with her husband and children. Maureen has spent the majority of her career in Corporate Education, Corporate Management, and sales. Maureen has been with CCMC for over three years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Radiance. When not at Radiance, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, entertaining, arts & crafts, antiquing, and competitive shooting.
Molly brings four years of experience in the HOA world, having previously worked at an active-adult community in Mesa. She’s thrilled to bring her creativity and expertise to Radiance, where she’ll curate social, recreational, and educational activities that foster a vibrant, connected living environment for our residents.
Outside of work, Molly loves being an auntie to her three adorable nephews, crafting, and watching the juiciest of reality TV, with her current fixation being Traitors. Be sure to stop by and say hello and share any fun event ideas you’d like to see in Radiance!
